    Excellent and poor

    I was delighted to listen to Sami and to feel his love for Nature and wild herbs. I felt he gave a lovely philosophical perspective to how to be in the Nature and how to nourish yourself in the Free Super Market! However I was surprised to realize that there was no training at all. I didn't learn to recognize any wild herb. It was really a very general way to introduce the use of wild herbs. I don't feel I learned anything. I don't feel this was worth the price.
