Organic "Bean-to-bar" chocolate

'Fino de Aroma' cacao is highly suitable for high-quality chocolate, where cacao is the main flavouring. NoordCode Organic Pure Chocolate is made from organic 'Fino de Aroma' Criollo cacao from the Tumaco region in Colombia (single origin). Like wine and coffee, cacao has a unique taste that depends on the region where it is grown. Criollo cacao is softer and less acidic than other cacao varieties.
Lab-tested for mycotoxins and heavy metals
The cocoa has been checked for ochratoxins and aflatoxins, two mycotoxins commonly found in low-quality cocoa beans. It has also been tested for and is free of heavy metals. No milk, gluten, palm oil or artificial ingredients have been added to the chocolate.
