    A 360 course

    Optimized work-life is a complete course on the topic full of research, easy to implement ideas presented by two authentic biohackers, I can only recommend it.

    Great content

    It’s a great course with lots of content that is in an easily digestible format with different tasks to complete each day. The videos are high quality but are short so you can easily watch them in the morning before your day.

    Incredible Value and over all top notch experience!!!

    I found this course to be pretty amazing. I love the abundance of information shared and how well it was browndown and delivered. I persoanlly enjoy interacting and participating in tasks when it comes to courses, and this one offers that for sure....which I love! Some things I was aware of, but going through this course reminded me of how important "implementing" what we think we know actually is. Some things I learned and implemented for the first time and found that adding these things into the areas of life they are relevant to, creating better habits, started improving on my personal journey towards optimization! (NOT JUST WORK LIFE....BUT ALL AREAS OF LIFE) And because of that, I will continue to implement what I've learned.....because what is knowledge without practice of that knowledge right?! I would recommend this course experience to anyone and everyone because it has the potential to create such an incredible change for the better in ones life....when you actually pay attention, participate, learn.....and of course implement what you learn! Thank you so much for the opportunity to do all of these things....in just one course. I am grateful!

    I'm really enjoying this course. Although a lot of the information is not new to me (I'm a Coach by profession), I appreciate the thorough structure of the course material. A great place to start building a framework for a healthier and more sustainable approach to work/life balance.
