Usage instructions
Gradually increase your intake to three capsules per day over three days. Start by taking one capsule with liquid during a meal on the first day, increase to two capsules on the second day, and reach the full dose of three capsules on the third day. If any discomfort occurs, decrease the dose until comfortable and then slowly increase back to the full dosage.
For flexibility, the capsule contents can be mixed with cold or room temperature drinks or smoothies.
