Instructions: 1 capsule in the morning and evening.

If necessary, the evening dose can be increased to 2 capsules. Daily dose (2-3 capsules) contains: KSM66® Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) extract 350 mg-525 mg and Affron® Saffron (Crocus sativus) extract 28-42 mg, which contains Lepticrosalides® combination 1-1.5 mg.
