Incredible Value and over all top notch experience!!!
I found this course to be pretty amazing. I love the abundance of information shared and how well it was browndown and delivered. I persoanlly enjoy interacting and participating in tasks when it comes to courses, and this one offers that for sure....which I love! Some things I was aware of, but going through this course reminded me of how important "implementing" what we think we know actually is. Some things I learned and implemented for the first time and found that adding these things into the areas of life they are relevant to, creating better habits, started improving on my personal journey towards optimization! (NOT JUST WORK LIFE....BUT ALL AREAS OF LIFE) And because of that, I will continue to implement what I've learned.....because what is knowledge without practice of that knowledge right?! I'm really enjoying this course. Although a lot of the information is not new to me (I'm a Coach by profession), I appreciate the thorough structure of the course material. A great place to start building a framework for a healthier and more sustainable approach to work/life balance.
